Everything was great, with welcoming and caring staff, exceeded all expectations. That hotel was in an unbeatable location, keen on the hill. Moreover, it's very close to the pub and the rooms as well as Norwich. Our stay was a really comfortable experience.

The people there are very friendly. We arrived as early as 9:30am in the morning, but they have no problem with it.
When we surfed their web page, we saw some attractive offer in their menu. However, when we arrived, we found that the menu was changed. Otherwise, I would have graded them 10 out of 10.

ideal spot for exploring norwich's fine landmarks and parks
I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, and the excellent breakfast that kicked off my days perfectly for exploring the city. I particularly loved how close i was to both norwich cathedral just 1 km away and the beautiful woodrow pilling park only 800 meters from my room, perfect for my weekend strolls.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable and staff were freindly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Good value but do not expect normal hotel service.
There was nothing that I didn't like but the following are a few recommendations: 1. Dressing table in bedroom. 2. Bedside Lamp 3. Bathroom mat - tiled floor nice but rather cold at this time of year 4. Could do with a toiletries shelf near sink. 5. Could do with tidying up the foyer area - looks a bit cluttered

The location is good and the environment is relaxing.
The room's code of digital lock seems not to be changed after each customer as the number is printed and attached permanently to the main entrance key.
